Can I refund or return my purchase?

All Lightroom preset sales are final. Digital products can not be returned, no refunds are available. Any unauthorized distribution of the preset pack is prohibited.

I can´t find my purchase!

After purchase, you will be emailed a link to the file. The link will expire after 24 hours so make sure to download the file directly. Also check your Spam folder.

Can I share my presets with someone else or my company members?

No. Our products are copyrighted. The license you buy is a single purchaser license. It license does not extend to companies or partnerships and may not be resold (whole or modified, reversed-engineered), loaned, and/or gifted to another individual and/or party. See out Terms of Service

Do Lightroom presets works in Photoshop?

Lightroom presets only work in Lightroom (Lightroom CC and Classic).

How can I recover my preset purchases if I've lost them?
